Bulldogs clinch playoff position

their last home game of the 2022 season Friday night. They lost a hard-fought game against the Knox City Greyhounds, but the Bulldogs’ season isn’t over. Spur placed second in the district and will be entering the playoffs. The final score was 8–32.

Nov. 1 scramble final of season; Tuesday games to resume next spring

beautiful for the last hurrah of the Scramble Time Tuesday 2022 season. Five teams were formed by random draw, and two places were paid out. Taking home the big money and the firstplace bragging rights last week was the team of Daniel Perez, Jason Tanner and Tyler Luke with 5 under par and a score of 31. The second-place team for the week with 3 under par and a score of 33 was the team of Mike Day, Jimmy Ashley and Eddie Clark.

Birds fly high over Rangers in last district game

The Patton Springs Rangers traveled to Jayton last Thursday for what would be the last district game of the season. The Jaybirds started the game off strong, coming in with back to back consecutive touchdown’s and putting them at a 14-0 lead early in the first.
