80th annual SPEC meeting set for July 19 in Spur

The 80th Annual South Plains Electric Cooperative
Meeting of Spur Districts 9 and10 will be held July 19, 2018, at the Spur High School cafeteria and auditorium. Registration is at 5:30 p.m., and the meal is at 6:30 p.m.
Last year approximately 302 members and guests attended the event.
Members of South Plains Electric Cooperative are invited to attend the annual membership meeting to hear reports, ask questions and elect the local board of directors. President Tommy Joines and General Manager Dale Ancell will give financial and operational updates and introduce the board of directors.
Employees will be recognized with length of service, and door prizes will be available.
