Brenda Joy (Reagan) Swain, 1943–2021

Brenda Joy (Reagan) Swain, 78, of Spur, Texas, passed from this life and into the arms of Jesus on December 22, 2021. Brenda was born in Munday, texas, to JC and Mary Louise (Suggs) Reagan February 15, 1943. During Brenda’s life she was a hairdresser, bookkeeper, truck driver, and prison guard. Brenda loved her daughter and her grandkids dearly. She will be missed by so many people

Brenda is survived by her daughter Dvonna and her husband, Ben, of Matador, Texas; grandsons Justin Todd of Austin, Dayton and Brittany Grundy and kids of Magnolia, Ark., the and Cole and Angela Grundy family of Aspermont, Texas; and her half-brother Danny Reagan of Palmer, TXexas. Brenda was especially proud of her great-granddaughter Hazel Grundy of Clovis, N.M.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, and her brothers Billy Ray and Jackie. She will be remembered by all those who loved her, including Gary Harris, Suzanne Parkhill, Lyndi (Thomas) Hall, Jimmie and Jamie Paschall, and Scotty Brewer.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
