meeting on Thursday, Sept. 24 the Spur ISD Board of Trustees approved a budget amendment to resurface the track at Jones Stadium. A motion was made by Roy Sanchez and seconded by Barry Ferguson to approve the budget amendment as presented for the resurfacing of the track,
