In the regularly scheduled meeting of the Kent County Commissioners’ Court Nov. 25, 2019, county leaders opted to extend the current restriction on outdoor burning for another 90 days and approved the request from Jayton-Girard ISD to reimburse $191,460.40 from Permanent School Funds for capital improvements.
