Kent County’s annual Christmas holiday celebration Winterfest will be held Saturday, Dec. 2, 2023 at the Kent County Emergency Services Building, located at 831 South Highway 70 in Jayton.If past years’ activites are any indication of what’s in store, festivities get underway at the Emergency Services Building at 4 p.m.
