Thomason Agnew, 1950–2023

was born on March 1, 1950, in Spur, Texas, to Earl and Irelia Thomason. She passed from this life on November 5, 2023.

Wanda was a devoted daughter and took care of her parents until their death. She worked as a computer technician for the state of Texas for 35 years. She married Al Agnew on June 11, 2001. After retiring she and Al enjoyed traveling, concerts and car shows.

Wanda is survived by her sisters Geraldine Daughtry and Linda Hairgrove and her brothers Darrell Thomason and Marvin Thomason. She dearly loved her large and extended family. Wanda was the youngest of 10 children. Because of this wonderful bond, Wanda had great ties to many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Irelia Thomason; her brothers J.W., Buster, Jerry and Ray Don Thomason; her sister Winnie Smith; and her beloved spouse, Al Agnew.

A graveside service has been scheduled for Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Peaceful Gardens and Memorial Park.
