Lisa Gaines Brock, 69, of Jayton, Texas, passed away in the Stonewall Memorial Hospital in Aspermont Monday, April 20, 2026, after a brief illness.
Born November 9, 1956, in Atlantic, Iowa, and later a resident of Jayton, Texas, she was married to Ben Brock, who survives her. She is also survived by a daughter- in-law, Yelany Brock, and a granddaughter, Lea. She was preceded in death by her parents, Max and Rowena Gaines, Ben Brock, Jr.
A member of the Jayton community since 2013, Lisa loved children and cooking.
Lisa had made arrangements for donation of her remains to the Texas Tech University Medical Center. There is no memorial service or funeral planned.
