Spur resident Joan Day, with the help of her husband, Leo, gave the children of Dickens County a special treat at the Library during the Collaborative Summer Reading Program themed ‘Tails and Tales.’
She introduced the children to Toto, her rescue dog, and told them how she rescued her from abuse.
