The Texas Book Festival and the Texas Library Association have selected Dickens County Spur Public Library as a 2021 Texas Book Festival $1,500 Collections Enhancement Grant recipient.
Since the Texas Book Festival’s founding in 1995, it has been a part of the organization’s mission to promote literacy and support Texas libraries.
