During the regular monthly meeting of the Spur City Council on Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2018, various issues were discussed and dealt with. Present were Mayor Louise Jones, and aldermen Don Wright, Glenda White, Bobby Vasquez, Crystal Leary, Rhea Melton, and Fronye Morris.
