POP TABS FOR CHARITY On Sunday, May 7, 16 members of the Dickens County 4-H club traveled to Lubbock to donate more than 20 pounds of aluminum can tabs to the Ronald McDonald House Charities. While there, they also did some lawn work and inside chores.They scrubbed the kitchen, swept, mopped and disinfected the play room. Afterwards they enjoyed some recreation at Main Event and dinner at Raising Cane’s to celebrate the end of a year of hard work. This past year, the Dickens County club performed 16 different community service activities benefitting nine different organizations and donated over 500 hours of labor.
