I love the flavors of a good “ranch” dip, coupled with chips, and especially with raw vegetables. But to brighten it up and make it from fresh ingredients makes it even more enjoyable. The fresh herbs have it tasting like spring when I make it this way, versus the packet from the dressing aisle at the grocery store.

Some counties, for example, have included retail workers as essential, while other counties have not. Now that a statewide order has been issued, those who are still going to work every day may surprise you.
