Recent rains and clouds have been good to our plants, and the mosquitos are loving the moisture. First come mosquitos, then come dragonflies that feast on those annoying insects. As dragonflies soar silently over our gardens and lawns, they are a welcome sight.

You have spoken and we have heard. We will be doing another round of diamond painting at the library for craft night on Monday, August 2. Charlotte Sprayberry has generously supplied all the materials needed. If you were at our last diamond painting craft class and have done other diamond paintings, please bring them for us to see. Mom and I will be bringing a few that we’ve done. We have both been working on different but very special diamond paintings. I hope to be finished with mine by the next craft night, but I will bring it finished or unfinished. Needless to say, we both have really enjoyed diamond painting.
