Rolling Plains Title of Texas expands Services to Kent County

42 golfers participate in last week’s Scramble

It was another fantastic evening for the weekly Tuesday Scramble. We had 42 scramblers show up to participate and 9 teams were formed.

Dickens 4-H holds first of 5 summer day camps

Veterinary science, the first of five Dickens 4-H Summer Day Camps, was completed on Tuesday June 18 at the Dickens County 4-H center. Ten members were in attendance. The day started out with a visit from Dr. Joyce Osgood, DVM, of the Spur Veterinary Clinic, who told us about the process involved in becoming a veterinarian. She also showed us some various veterinary specimens and discussed a variety of veterinary diseases that she deals with on a daily basis.
