In its monthly meeting January 27, 2020, The Dickens County Historical Commission approved a proposal to turn over day-to-day management of The Palace Theater to Jeff and Briana Sturgis of Spur, pending approval of a scope-of-work agreement with the Dickens County Commissioners’ Court.
